Dr Julian White
Julian is Chief Executive of the White Rose University Consortium. His role includes representing White Rose at Board level on major projects, sitting on the White Rose Board, attending all Pro-Vice Chancellor meetings and maintaining and developing links with regional, national and international partners. He is formerly an executive member of the EU funded South Yorkshire Objective 1 Directorate where he was responsible for investing £125 million in initiatives to transform the economy of South Yorkshire. Prior to this, Julian was General Manager of BioIncubator York Ltd and he has also spent eight years in biomedical research and led a research team within the pharmaceutical industry identifying and developing new product opportunities.
